What will the oppositional parties reach by their statements fixing their intention to lead people against introduction of thesev amendments? It would be better for opposition to prepare conjointly for municipal elections. It would be more successful that speaking against introduction of amendments to the Constitution.

At the same time I respect the decision of some parties, yet we do not intend to join these groups", said Rustamkhanly.

It should be reminded that there is a plan to hold a referendum on introduction of amendments to the Constitution on March 18 of this year. Currently, separate parties are holding preparations on creation of the agitation groups.
