Zbignev Bzhezinskiy: "The Karabakh problem is deteriorated by the fact that the territories beyond Nagorno Karabakh are controlled by Armenia"

The due announcement was made by Zbignev Bzhezinskiy, professor of John Hopkins, who occupied the post of the adviser for national security in the administration of US President Jimmy Carter in the second half of the 1970s.

"Therefore, this issue needs consistent and patient mediation, which will later allow to reduce animosity and rage of both parties", he said.
