Araz Azimov: "Return of OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmen to Baku depends on the results of their talks in Yerevan"

15 January 2008 [17:57] - TODAY.AZ
The Azerbaijan-Armenia talks on Nagorno-Garabagh conflict settlement will continue until the complete coordination of all disputable points of the future peaceful agreement, which still exist.

The due information has been provided by the Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Araz Azimov.

"Some issues have not yet been settled. Thus, the talks will continue until an agreement on basis of all principles is not reached", he noted,

According to him, the co-chairmen of OSCE Minsk Group presented the next version of their proposals during the meeting in the framework of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers in Madrid in November of 2007. In particular, they were discussed in the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan yesterday.

"The co-chairmen are currently in Yerevan and if they consider it expedient they will return to Baku and continue the discussions. If following the talks with Armenia they do see any grounds for returning to Baku, we'll probably have to wait for their next visit", A.Azimov said.
