Co-reporter of PACE monitoring committee Andres Herkel arrives in Baku

The co-chairman of PACE monitoring committee Andres Herkel arrived in Baku on December 8. The aim of the visit is to participate in the international conference on "The Policy of the European Union and Council of Europe on human rights: perspective of Azerbaijan's European integration".
The conference will discuss situation in the sphere of human rights in our country and Azerbaijan's place in the process of European integration.

In frames of the visit, A.Herkel will hold a number of meetings and share views on human rights.
