Land Forces Command to be established in Azerbaijan

Land Forces Command is expected to be formed by May next year.

The issues on structure, composition and managing system of the Land Forces are about to be completed. Land Forces Command will be subordinated not to the Defense Minister, but to the Armed Forces Headquarters chief.

According to APA, like in Turkey Naval Forces, Military Air Forces and Air Defense Forces will be expelled from the Defense Ministry's subordination and will be subordinated to the Armed Forces Headquarters chief.

Defense Ministry Press Service said they are unaware of it.
