Peter Semneby's visit to Nagorno Karabakh to be coordinated with Azerbaijan

Special Representative also noted that his visit will be coordinated with the Azerbaijani side. Commenting on his last visits to Azerbaijan and Armenia Peter Semneby said that the settlement of the conflict depends on the political will of both parties, APA reports.

"I hope, compared with the last year, 2007 will be luckier for negotiations," Peter Semneby said.
