"The Karabakh peace talks are at a critical point, and the international community must do its best to bring Azerbaijan back into constructive course for serious discussion of the principles that are currently on the negotiating table," Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan said while speaking at the Caspian Prospects 2008 congress in Bled, Slovenia.
Press office of the Armenian FM reports Oskanyan as saying that Azerbaijan's policy hinders the resolution of the Karabakh conflict, especially, in the context of its statements about possible military resolution and efforts to delay the peace process.
