President Aliyev congratulates Moldovian counterpart

President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has sent a message to his Moldavian counterpart Vladimir Voronin to congratulate him on the Independence Day.

"I am convinced that the traditional friendship and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Moldova, that constitute a firm basis of our interstate relations, will continue to promote development and strengthening of our bilateral ties, as well as prosperity of our two peoples," the President said in the message.
