US co-chairman of OSCE Minsk Group to be replaced

American co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Steven Mann will be replaced with another diplomat at this post.

APA reports quoting Steven Mann saying to the Radio Liberty. He said he has been appointed to a new post in the Department of State.

"This is, simply a rotation. Another co-chair will represent the United States in the negotiating process for the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict," Mann said.
