European Union special envoy on South Caucasus Heiki Talvitie is expected to visit Azerbaijan this month.
APA was informed about it from the diplomatic source. This visit of the special representative is related to elections and the Activity Plan to be signed between EU and Azerbaijan in autumn.

Meetings with the state head Ilham Aliyev, MFA head Elmar Mammadyarov, CEC chairman Mazahir Panahov, representatives of political parties and NGOs were intended in the visit’s programme.
