First play after the overhaul performed at the Academic National Drama Theatre

On the occasion of 10 March - National Day of the Theater performed first play at the Academic National Drama Theatre after overhaul.

Minister of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan Abulfaz Garayev made speech before the performance. The Minister spoke about current reforms, results and future plans in the area of culture. He said that the Azerbaijani people have great hope for theater service.

Then was performed "Karabakhname" play. Director of the play is Merahim Farzalibayov, artistic director Ismail Mamedov, author of the musical decorator Hamid Kazimzade. The play used music of Polad Bulbuloglu and Vasif Adigozelov.

Cast included: Kazim Abdullaev (Ibrahim Khan), Firangiz Mutallimova (Tubu Khanum), Vafa Rzayev (Saltanat Beyim), Ramiz Melikov (Javad Khan).
