Jalal Abbasov wins “Crimea TV – 2012” award

Azerbaijani singer, chansonnier Jalal Abbasov became the winner of an award “Crimea TV – 2012” in a nomination “Foreign Singer of Year”. The awarding ceremony took place in Simferopol.

Jalal Abbasov has performed a composition in Italian devoted to memory of a great opera singer Enrique Caruso.

He also took part at New Year`s shootings of Crimea TV where he performed compositions “New year” and "Bayatylar" by Eldar Mansurov.

This year, 21 awards in various categories have been awarded within competition.
Natalia Al-Ganem became the “Singer of year” under version "Crimea", collective "Front room" was nominated “Folklore ensemble of year”, the prize in a nomination “Spectator sympathies” was received by group "Horizon", while dancing group “Demirel” became the winner of the tele-project “Dances in TV”.

Earlier, Jalal Abbasov has been awarded with the Grand Prix of three festivals.
Thus, in 2008, Abbasov was awarded "Baku nights" Music Festival, Pop Song Festival held in the Turkish city of Mersin, in 2011 and in 2012 "Walk soul" the International Chanson Festival in Russian.
