Draft law prepared for protection of entrepreneurs’ interests in Azerbaijan

Draft law is being prepared in Azerbaijan for regulation of inspections conducted in entrepreneurship sphere and protection of entrepreneurs’ interests.

Head of Entrepreneurship development policy department of the Ministry of Economic Development Zaur Gasimov said that legal regulation of measures taken for development of entrepreneurship, protection of entrepreneurs’ interests and other factors will be considered in the law.

"Azerbaijan began closely cooperate with International Financial Corporation since 2008. the main purpose of the cooperation is the preparation of conducted reforms in correspondence with leading, modern world practice", said Gasimov.
