Azerbaijan keeps Armenia away from one more international project

Realization of Black Sea circular highway depends on solution of Nagorno Karabakh Conflict, said the Azerbaijani Minister of Transport Ziya Mammadov at interview to New Azerbaijan Party’s official site.

According to him, Azerbaijan’s position on this issue is constant and punctual: "It’s impossible bilateral and multilateral cooperation with Armenia till the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is not regulated and they liberate Azerbaijani territories".

He noted that, Baku supports the construction of Black Sea circular highway and is ready to work within this project: "Our position within this project will be such as it is in TRACECA and other such projects".
