Number of plastic cards increases by 6% in Azerbaijan

As of February 1, 2011, number of issued plastic cards made 4 247 000 in Azerbaijan, rose up by 230 000 or 5.7% compared to a year ago.

CBA says that 3 170 000 transactions were consumed via debit cards in January, 2011. The volume of transaction was accounted as AZN 387 bln. Transaction via credit cards made 226 000 in amount of AZN 58 mln.
