Azerbaijani accounting chamber and chamber of auditors sign memorandum of understanding

Azerbaijani Accounting Chamber and the Azerbaijani Chamber of Auditors signed a memorandum of understanding on Wednesday, the Accounting Chamber said.

The memorandum provides for establishing closer contacts, expanding and strengthening bilateral relations, generalizing the auditor's experience, mutual exchanging national and international experience and joint activity in solving the issues of mutual interest.

It is planned to implement measures to improve financial control of the Accounting Chamber and auditing services by the Azerbaijani Chamber of Auditors, joint research, development of analytical and methodological materials, regulations, joint activities in implementing  international standards of the International Standards of Supreme Audit Institutions and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), etc.
