
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) implements project of complex training program on e-communication sector and normative legal assistance in Azerbaijan.
According to EBRD Baku office the bank finances technical assistance to Azerbaijan Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies within the framework of project. This project will cooperate with MCIT on improvement of market conditions for capitalists and providing of more consumer choice at the condition of competitive market, including the solution of problems on protection of consumer rights. Experts owning important experiences in practical operations, business strategy and regulation spheres will come to Azerbaijan.
The training program has been already started that the service providers on different industrial spheres will be invited to participate in the trainings. Training will start from November 2010 and continue until April 2011. The foreign experts will cooperate with the local experts of MCIT.
The program is implemented via EBRD Legal Reform Program and financed by Finland government. Azerbaijan has been a member of EBRD since 1992.
