18278 tax defaulters warned in Azerbaijan in Q1

The ministry's public affairs department told APA-Economics that AZN 203 200 sanction and AZN1 500 fine have been applied for delay of 5 115 declarations.

Moreover, the commission established in Taxes Ministry has considered 23 appeals made to the ministry for application of rules on regulation and writing off the debts of privatized state enterprises, industrial enterprises, abolished as the result of agrarian reforms and located in occupied regions, to state budget, non-budgetary state funds.

The commission has passed decision on writing off their AZN 979, 100 debts (tax debts, financial sanctions and interests) to state budget.
