3.000 tons of gasoline are now exported to Georgia weekly, though the amount will be increased to 5.000 weekly after the device will resume its work, SOCAR told Trend.
Contracts for the gasoline sale to Georgia were signed last year. The Georgian company Saknaftobtransi (Gruzneftetrans) is the major importer of the Azerbaijani fuel.
10.000 more tons of gasoline with the FOB basis – N20 berths, now at the Azrneftyag Oil producing factory (part of SOCAR) will be supplied to the Singaporean company Petrofarm.
SOCAR has signed a contract with Petrofarm in December 2005. Assumingly, 50.000 tons of gasoline will be provided to Petrofarm within the frames of the contract during 2006. Petrofarm will use KASPAR tankers to transport the fuel to Iranian port Neka.
