Petrol head Paul Stender customised a trademark yellow school bus into a 367 mph lighting fast super-mobile. Mr Stender and his team from the US used an engine from an F-4 Phantom fighter jet to enable the incredible top speed.
The gas guzzling bus uses an unbelievable 568 litres of fuel during a quarter mile outing - not the cheapest of school runs. Mr Stender's motorised beast, dubbed "The School Time Jet-Powered School Bus", also fires out 80 foot flames from its tail end. He said he built the bus "to entertain people" and "to keep kids off drugs - jets are hot, drugs are not."
