Members of Culture Ministry's Public Council elected

Members of the Culture Ministry's Public Council has been announced.

Three candidates, including Akbar Yolchuyev, Samira Mustafayeva and Vugar Gadirov were elected members of the Public Council, Azernews reports.

Some 26 candidates participated in the elections. Since it was decided that the Public Council will operate in the composition of nine people, re-elections will be held for the six vacant places on July 20.

Re-elections will be held among the persons whose candidacy was registered at the International Mugham Center.

Representatives of civil society institutions registered for the primary elections are expected to participate as voters in the re-election.
