Azerbaijan to assign War Veteran’ title to participants of second Karabakh war

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on Dec. 29 on measures to assign the title of "War Veteran" to the individuals who participated in military operations for Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity.
