Baku 2017: Azerbaijani para-athlete wins gold medal

Azerbaijani para-athlete Elmir Jabrayilov won a gold medal in men’s 100m T12 event at the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku May 17.

Uzbek athlete Mansur Abdirashidov won a silver medal, while Morocco’s Mahdi Afri won bronze.

The Baku 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games started May 8 and will last until May 22 in Azerbaijan’s capital.
