Russian gymnast looking forward to performing at National Gymnastics Arena in Baku again

The FIG World Cup in Trampoline Gymnastics in Baku has been organized perfectly well, Russian gymnast Dmitry Ushakov told Trend March 6.

Ushakov won the gold medal in individual events at FIG World Cup in Trampoline Gymnastics.

The gymnast noted that he is very glad to win the gold medal and is very satisfied with his performance.

“Despite the minor mistakes, I succeeded to gain a victory,” he said. “I will return to the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku with great pleasure in 2018 to participate in European Championships.”

The FIG World Cup in Trampoline Gymnastics was held March 5-6 at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku. Athletes from Europe, Japan, Australia and the US participated in the World Cup. Overall, 77 gymnasts (46 men and 31 women), who represent 17 countries, participated in the competitions.
