Azerbaijani sportsmen set to make their appearance in Sochi Games

Azerbaijani sportsmen participating in the 22nd Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, continue their training in a normal mode and no injuries have been fixed so far, head of the Azerbaijani delegation at the Olympic Games, head of Public Relations Department of the country's National Olympic Committee (NOC) Konul Nurullayeva told Trend on Feb.14.

The Azerbaijani sportsmen are participating in competitions and there is no any problem, according to Nurullayeva.

The figure skating competition will be held on February 16-17 and alpine skiing - on Feb.19, 20, 21, the delegation head said.

Azerbaijan has participated in the Winter Olympic Games since 1998. Four sportsmen represent Azerbaijan in the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.
