Besiktas welcomes new coach

Slaven Bilic, Besiktas's new Croatian coach, arrived in Turkey.

"I am very happy that Besiktas gave me a chance like this. Actually, I thought of taking a rest for a while after my Russian experience. I refused a lot of offers, but Besiktas's offer was very big," said Bilic.

"Besiktas’s fans are very passionate, and so am I," he also added.

According to the Turkish media, Besiktas will pay Bilic a total of 4.8 million euros over three years.
