Azeri chess players succeed final of Aeroflot Open 2013 tournament

Two Azerbaijani players Rauf Mammadov and Gadir Huseynov have qualified for final of the Aeroflot Open Chess Tournament in Moscow.

Rauf Mammadov ranked 3rd scoring 7 points after 9 rounds, while Gadir Huseynov managed to score 6.5 points that gave him the 11th position.
On February 15, 32 players who qualified for final will face each other in a knockout tournament.

February 16-17 will be the days of Grand Final with 8 invited chess stars including Azerbaijani GM Shahriyar Mammadyarov and 8 qualified players.
