Azerbaijani universal fighters win SEVEN medals

Young Azerbaijani universal fighters have brought home a clutch of 7 medals, including a gold from the world championship in Medyn, Russia.

Gold medal came from Nijat Aliyev weighing in at 80 kg. Azerbaijan ranked third in the medal table, behind Russia and Ukraine. The tournament brought together 350 fighters from 39 countries.
