Baku waits for UEFA officials

 UEFA officials Bruno Wolfsburg and Chris Wilson have recently visited Baku. The purpose of their visit was to check readiness of the national soccer team Neftchi for group stage matches of the UEFA Europa League.

As part of the visit the UEFA officials toured the Azerbaijan’s recently restored Tofik Bakhramov stadium, discussed various issues regarding the requirements of UEFA at UEFA matches.

The Delegation of the European football association in the extended format is expected to visit Azerbaijan prior to Neftchi – Inter meet, which is scheduled for October 4.
