First group of Azerbaijani pilgrims leaves for Mecca

The first group of the Azerbaijani pilgrims wishing to make pilgrimage has left for Mecca today. Some 22 buses wirh 681 pilgrims on board have left for Mecca from "Azadlig" square in Baku.

Three more buses with 780 pilgrims on board will leave for Mecca Nov. 3. Some 800 peoples will leave for Mecca by plane from Nov. 2 to 5. "Gurban bayram" will be marked Nov. 16-17 this year.
