Azerbaijan's state budget project for 2011 to be discussed in parliamentary committees till October 15

A bill on the state budget of Azerbaijan Republic for 2011 is planned to be discussed in the committees of Milli Majlis until October 15, Member of Parliament's Economic Policy Committee Nazim Mammadov said.

According to him the copies of budget project have already been distributed to the members of parliament. He also noted that the budget incomes is forecasted to be AZN 12 061 mln (growth 4.8%) and the expenditure to be AZN 12 748 mln (growth 3.5%). The budget deficit for next year will be AZN 678 mln.

Income of consolidated budget is forecasted to be AZN 15 557.6 mln, expenditure AZN 15 129.4 mln. Base price of oil for a barrel planned to be $ 60, GDP real growth rate 3.8% and inflation 5%.

Spending for education is planned to be AZN 1 338 163 000, for health AZN 545 372 000, for social protection and guarantee AZN 1 324 085 000, for culture and art, physical training AZN 202 350 000, for defence AZN 1 325 061 000, for municipal economy AZN 227 683 000.
