Scouts from Norway to come to Azerbaijan

The joint project "Dostlug" ("Friendship") between scouts of Azerbaijan and Norway has been implemented for 4 years with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sport of Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijani scouts have visited Norway as part of this project in June, Deputy Chairman of “Eurasian Scouts” regional organization Namiq Jafarov said.

In their turn, scouts from Norway will come to Azerbaijan on July 30. The visit itinerary includes an ascent to the peak of the Shahdag Mountain. Six scouts from Norway and 10 Scouts from Azerbaijan will be trained for climbing under the guidance of experienced coaches. “Dostlug” project aims to expand cooperation between Norwegian and Azerbaijani scouts.
