Nearly 20 tons of ice-cream confiscated in Azerbaijan

State Service for Anti-Monopoly Policy and Protection of Consumers’ Rights under Azerbaijan Ministry of Economic Development has conducted checks in "AER" firm. The checks have revealed absence of certificates of about 30 brands of ice-cream.

As a result, sale of 19.3 tons of ice-creams in firm’s warehouses was stopped and it was ordered to seize firm’s products which were already put on sale.

Moreover, 5.6 tons of wrapping material with extended shelf life have been seized.
