Charity meeting held in Khachmaz

Public association on protection national – moral values "On the way to inspiration" this month has held a meeting with women of Khachmaz area within the frames of conference "Personality of the woman in modern society" which has been held on March 5th, 2010. The conference program included meetings of children of local population with Public association on moral education of children of "Petek", and also public associations "the Woman and progress" and "Damla". The event was carried out in front of the Khachmaz city park.

Employees of public associations "the Woman and progress" and "Damla" have presented products for 160 needy families and 4 invalid armchairs. The chairman of Public association "Damla" Mrs. Nigar Abdullayeva, speaking about the organization, has declared the following:

"As the charitable organisation we assist in the organisation of operations and treatments of seriously ill patients of children, and also we create the bridge between sponsors and those who requires the help. By doing this we try to revive ancient tradition of our people which is called charity".

Conference which made the basic part of our trip has passed behind a round table. Conference passed under the motto - "you are in the attention centre". The basic themes of the meeting are: problems of our women living in regions, degree of use by them of the constitutional laws, protection of our moral values."

The following also participated in the event: deputy Lala Abbasova, the vice-president of the Commission on problems of family, women and children Sadagat Kahramanova, the Doctor of Philosophy, professor Rafiga Azimova, the head of educational department of Public association "On the way to inspiration", member of the Union of Artists, sculptor Ayten Mehtiyeva, Doctor of Philosophy Rena Mirzazade. Books from Public association "On the way to inspiration" have been handed over to the participants of the conference.
