80th anniversary of Azerbaijan medical university to be marked

On April 28, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an Executive Order on marking 80th anniversary of the Azerbaijan Medical University.

This year, 80 years have passed since the establishment of the Azerbaijani  Medical University – one of the higher educational institutions in the country with rich traditions.

Over the past years, Azerbaijan Medical University, played a significant role in training highly qualified specialists in various fields of medicine and, as a respected research center - made a worthy contribution to the development of national health care.
