Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Minister to visit Iran

Azerbaijani Culture days will be held in Iran in early May - late June 2010. Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Minister Abulfaz Garayev will visit Iran.

Azerbaijani ambassador to Iran Javanshir Akhundov met with Iran's President advisor and head of Iran's Islamic Culture and Relations Organization Mehdi Mostafavi.

Akhundov said that about 100,000 people arrived in Azerbaijan from Iran for Nowruz holiday this year.

"No border can separate Iran's and Azerbaijan's peoples," Akhundov said.

Mostafavi proposed to organize a cultural week in the spheres of book, cinema, and tourism and days of media.
