Azerbaijani Information and Culture Center to be opened in Moscow

Azerbaijani Information and Culture Center to be opened in Moscow soon. According to the given information, currently the finishing works are being carried out to prepare the center to function.

Mutual agreement on opening the center was reached between the parliaments of Azerbaijan & Russia couple of years back.

Russian Information & Culture Center in Baku is functioning since March 12th, 2009.
