Ramiz Mehtiyev orders to ratify plan of measures on 19th anniversary of 20th January tragedy

The document fixes conduction of measures on the anniversary of the tragedy, including conferences, sessions and lectures, their detailed coverage in press, publication of materials about the tragedy of January 20 in the leading world medias as well as on TV channels and internet in the cities and regions, establishments and organizations.

Under the plan, the families of martyrs of the January 20 events will be provided with humanitarian assistance and works will be held on the territory of the  Martyrs Alley and a special lesson about the tragedy will be held on all educational establishments on January 19.

In order to draw attention of the world community to the tragedy of Black January, the embassies and diplomatic representations of Azerbaijan in foreign countries, as well as Azerbaijani communities will hold due arrangements.

Plans of due measures have also been adopted and their execution started in towns and cities.
