Work group created to search and study area for Zoology park of Azerbaijan

By the information, the work group created by the Ministry included representatives of the due ministries, committees and scientific organizations.

The zoology park will be created in the area of the Absheron peninsula. Copies of cave paintings of Gobustan will be drawn on the buildings, to be constructed in the park, the medieval miniature art and the history of the development of animal world in Azerbaijan will be demonstrated.

The aim of the work group will be to hold a monitoring in the country, study the correspondence of the area, allocated for the zoology park, to the purpose, definition of borders, development of a scheme, scientific study and so on.

People will be able to get familiarized with the flora and fauna of not only Azerbaijan, but also other countries and continents in the said Zoology park.
