Soldiers arrested for using force against Azeri soldier Rafig Hasanov before he was captured

Gazakh Region Military Court passed a judgment on arresting Maharramov Ilgar Gabil and Valiyev Ramin Adil, the soldiers, who had used force against Azerbaijani soldier Rafig Hasanov before he was captured by Armenians, the captured soldier’s parents told APA’s Karabakh bureau.

The letter sent to the soldier’s parents by Azerbaijan Military Prosecutor’s Office says that the above-mentioned soldiers faced charges under article 332.2.1 (infringement of authorized rules on mutual relation between military men at absence of subordination relations) of the Criminal Code.
