Information on the number of Armenians to be taken from 1989 statistics during census enumeration in Azerbaijan

During the census enumeration planned to be held in 2009 the information about the number of Armenians will be taken from 1989 statistics, which says that the country accounts for 120,000 Armenians, said acting head of the state statistical committee Arif Veliyev.

He noted that both during the census held in 1999 and during the census planned for 2009, they won't be able to arrange this process in Nagorno Karabakh and occupied regions around it.
