Prison representative: "Eynulla Fatullayev is issued all kinds of newspapers, except for pornographic ones"

Editor-in-chief of the Realny Azerbaijan and Gundelik Azerbaijan Eynulla Fatullayev, held in prison No 12, is not allowed to read newspapers, said journalist's father Emin Fatullayev, reports Day.Az with reference to the Institute for Reporter Freedom and Safety.
He said that his son's defender Isakhan Ashurov is currently dealing with this problem. While speaking to the institute officials, Ashurov said that he has appealed to the penitentiary system of the Ministry of Justice and prison No 12.

"In this connection I intend to file a claim to the court", noted Ashurov.

According to the penitentiary system of the Ministry of Justice, this information is false and the editor-in-chief is issued newspapers for reading.

Inspector of a special department of prison No 12 Abbas Hasanov announced that Fatullayev has all newspapers: "Eynulla Fatullayev is issued all kinds of newspapers, except for pornographic ones".
