Memorial complex to Heydar Aliyev's return to power opened in Baku

Representatives of the settlement community carrying portraits of Heydar Aliyev, Ilham Aliyev and three-color flags of Azerbaijan were observing the ongoing events with great interest.

Chief of executive power of Surakhanly settlement Ilgar Abbasov, MP Aghadjan Abiyev, settlement aqsakal, chief of the engineering plant Arif Babayev and others spoke at the ceremony. The white coverlet was then taken off the memorial complex.

The arrangement continued with a concert program of art masters in the Titanik park of the Yeni Surakhany settlement.
