Armenian Defense Ministry: "Armenia will transfer Azerbaijani captive on April 23"

Azerbaijani serviceman Yagub Mukhtarov, captured by Armenians, will be transferred to Azerbaijan on the Kayanavan-Qazakh section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border on April 23.

According to the spokesman for the Defense Ministry of Armenia Seyran Shakhsuvaryan that the transfer will be held under support of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
