Framework agreement on collection of personal information about missing people of Karabakh war signed in Baku

The Azerbaijan State Commission for war prisoners, hostages and missing people and the International Committee of the Red Cross have signed a framework agreement on collection of personal data about persons missing during the Karabakh war.
The due announcement was made by Shain Sailov, secretary of the State Commission for War prisoners, missing people and hostages.

Thus, the document was signed by Eldar Mahmudov, head of the State Commission and Minister of National Security representing Azerbaijan and Martin Amasher, head of the Azerbaijani representation of the Red Cross.

It should be noted that the information is intended for identification of the remains of people. The remains will be subjected to exhumation.
