Ogtay Shiraliyev: New finance conception of health prepared

Azerbaijani Health Ministry and Finance Ministry prepared a new finance conception of health, Health Minister Ogtay Shiraliyev told journalists.
The minister stated that the new conception also covers medical insurance. The document will be submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers soon.

Mr.Shiraliyev replying to the question regarding the construction of hospitals near front lines stated that Defense Ministry’s hospitals are already operating there. 

“Moreover, measures regarding repairing and supplying the hospitals are being taken at the order of Azerbaijani President. The State Oil Fund is constructing new medical-diagnostics center there,” he said.

The Health Minister commenting on the reports on high rate of child death in Azerbaijan said that Ministry’s press service will report on it soon.
