Moscow State University to open branch in Baku

Victor Sadovnichy, rector of Moscow State University during his visit in Azerbaijan had a meeting at Baku State University.

Rector of Baku State University Abel Maharramov announced a decision of University's Scientific Board on conferring honored doctor on Victor Sadovnichy.

Later Abel Maharramov and Victor Sadovnichy signed an agreement on opening Moscow State University's branch in Baku. APA
