IAU students claim against university administration and Education Ministry to be considered

IAU students appeal to Court of Appeal about university administration and Education Ministry will be considered on October 17, Vugar Suleymanov, the member of Students' Rights Defense Committee informed.

He said that Judge Bahram Shukurov will preside over the court sitting.

The trial on IAU students' appeal about Abbas Mustafayev, the administrator of IAU to Binagadi District Court will be will be held on October 19.

As APA reports, Ahmad Sariyev will preside over the trial about the claim on not giving back the students' tuition fees and documents.
