Court-Law Council decides to take 10 judges accountable

In Court-Law Council's regular meeting it was decided to take 10 judges accountable who committed serious shortcomings and irregularities in their position.

As APA reports, judges of the Court on Grave Crimes Azer Orujov and Hasan Ahmadov were taken disciplinary liable and Head of the Appeals Court Board on Civilian Crimes Asif Allahverdiyev was taken disciplinary liable and his activity was considered as unsatisfactory.

He was dismissed from his post. Results of monitoring was discussed at the meeting as well.

Monitoring showed that some judges don't abide by regulations and have serious shortcomings in their activity.

Results of Azerbaijani President's tasks on abolishment of red tape in the juridical system were discussed at the meeting.
