Court sitting on Barmek's suit against Ministry of Taxes deferred

As APA informs according to Mr.Arabul, the next court sitting was assigned on April 18. Mr.Arabul said that the local court and court of appeal have issued decisions in favour of Barmek so far and noted that "I believe that the court proceedings will be fair and deliver a decision favoring us".

Barmek applied to the court with the suit against the Ministry of Taxes last year. The suit was raised due to Ministry’s demanding VAT from the Company for technical losses. Preparatory sitting of the Court of Economy on the suit of Mr.Arabul was held April 4.
